PW-CN Skill Update (New info: 11/16)

UPDATE: 11/16

Due to community feedback on Wanmei forums, there's been an update to the 11/18 skill update for PW-CN

These are ADDITIONAL changes, unless noted, the original translation stats are not changed.

I'm not redoing the images below, but the following class updates have been updated *again*:

Wiz:
The new shield will give 120% defense in both demon and sage forms in their fire/water/earth/phy defense.
Undine strike now costs 100 chi to cast, is also uneffective to players higher level than you. (Unsure if G17r3 armors will negate undine)

Tech:
Burning Flutter:
Silver and Red Glyphs will also scale cooldown, 30/25/20/15s cooldown. (yay)

Veno:
While casting ∆Lv3 skill, become immune to all negative effects.
Feral Concentration no longer stuns veno (FFS WHY); can use all skills while immune.
Pet exp curve adjusted after 100, 101-105 all require 10m exp. To refresh your exp/level, kill 1 mob or eat exp pill for pet.
Sage Spark: Also reduces damage taken by 25%
Demon Spark: Also reduce channeling by 25%

Cleric:
Red Bubble reduces channeling by 25% (from 20%)

ER:
ΨShield of Imprecation
Silver: Does not increase damage, all attacks within 6/8/10/12s will always crit.
Adjusted to 2/4/6/8 seconds

Psychic:
ΨSandbust Blast
Green glyph reduce earth resistance by 40/50/60/70%
Also reduce water resistance by the same amount.

Mystic:
∆Lv3 skill, Voidbringer stats increased by 3x.


Archer

∆Master of Shadows Lv3
Gains effect: Restores 5 hit charges per second while invisible.

ΨThroat Cut
Gains 1 hit charge.
Deals physical damage to target, interupt casting, seal the target for 4 seconds. 25% chance to increase the damage taken by the target by 25% for 6 seconds. This effect will cancel Extreme Poison and Subsea Strike.
Gold Glyph: also adds 100/150/200/250% of weapon damage.
Green: Gains 2 hit charge, channel reduced to 1.0/0.9/0.8/0.7seconds, cast time decreased to 1.2/1.1/1.0/0.9 seconds
Blue: Cooldown increased to 15 seconds. Increase increased damage taken to 40/60/80/100%
Red: Restore 20/30/40/50
Silver: Consume all hit charges, adds an additional 20/30/40/50% of weapon damage, each charge adds an additional 24/36/48/60% of weapons damage.

ΨRising Dragon Strike
Red Glyph: For every hit charge consumed, reduce the target's physical defense by 6/9/12/15%

ΨToxic Torrent
Blue Glyph: Cooldown increased to 60 seconds, consume all hit charges, for every charge consumed, the target loses headgear effect for 0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 seconds
Translator Note: I'm not quite sure what "effect" refers to... is it G17 armor effect? Armor set bonus effect? Or literally the defensive stats of the entire helmet. But it is for sure Headgear, and not weapon.

Wolf Emblem:
Sage: increased to 30%
Demon: increased to 40%

New Skill: Tidal Mind Protection
Combines [Tidal Protection] with [Focused Mind]
No mentions of Lv10 stats.
Sage: 66% chance to evade negative effect, 35% chance to avoid damage. Lasts 60 seconds, 120s cooldown.
Demon: 60% chance to evade negative effects, 40% chance to avoid damage. Last 60 seconds, 120s cooldown.
Barb

∆Blessing of Immortality Lv3
For 10 seconds, become immune to all negative effects.
For 40 seconds, the next hit to deal fatal damage restores
HP to 100 and removes all negative effects.


ΨWings of Protection
Base shield amount increased to 50% of max health
Gold: increase movement & flying speed by 60/70/80/90%
Green: Increase shield amount to 60/70/80/90% of max HP. Lasts 10s
Blue: Restores 5/10/15/20 chi
Red: increase speed & immunity duration from CC to 12/13/14/15s
Silver: Effects changed to affect all allies within 15 meters.

ΨPurify
Red Glyph effect changed to: Cooldown increased to 30s. Can instantly remove all negative effects. Glyph reduce cooldown to 25/20/15/10s.

ΣHeaven's Wrath
Consumes 300 chi
Gains physical attack equal to 500% of weapon stat, and magical attack 700% of weapon stat. Lasts 30 seconds.

ΨGuardian Light
Cooldown reduced to 240s

Flight Mastery
Upgraded to ΣFlight Mastery. Increase speed of all fliers by 0.4m/sec

DB
∆Strength of the Reapers Lv3
Duration increased to 20s, at the end of 20s, refresh all cooldowns again.

Blood of the Nightshade (Passive)
Reducing incoming damage from ranged enemies, the skill update will change the damage curve.

ΨReaper
While active, gains additional damage reduction from Technician skills (seriously what the ****). Scaling with distance.
Cooldown reduced to 85 seconds, duration increased to 32 seconds.
Gold: Lose damage reduction & attack speed buff, increase all damage dealt by 5/10/15/20%
Green: Lose attack speed buff, reduction to ranged damage increased to 45/50/55/60%
Blue: Restores 15/20/25/30 chi
Red: The next attack within 3/4/5/6 seconds will crit.
Silver: Lose damage reduction & attack speed buff, skills deals an additional 15/20/25/30% damage to mobs.

Saber's Bead
Upon crit, restores health equal to 20% of max HP, restores 50 chi.

In Silence Dread
(both Demon and Sage)
The next attack will crit.

Dragon Trap
(both Demon and Sage)
The next crit within 6 seconds deals 50% more damage.



ER
∆Landslide Gallop Lv3
New Effect: Casting this skill resets cooldown on all shield skills, restores 50 shield energy per second for 20 seconds.

Flight Mastery
Upgraded to ΣFlight Mastery. Increase speed of all fliers by 0.4m/sec

ΨShield of Imprecation
Damage is increased to 35% for 12 seconds.
Gold: Damage increased to 38/42/46/50%
Green: Duration increased by 2/3/4/5 seconds longer.
Blue: Cooldown reduced to 15/20/25/25s
Red: Shield energy cost reduced by 10/15/20/25
Silver: Does not increase damage, attacks within 6/8/10/12s will always crit.

Darkverse: Thunderquake
Dealing damage restores 20 chi

Darkverse: Solar Scorch
Damaging target drains 10 chi from target

ΨInner Serenity
Shield energy restoration increased to 30/70/110/150 for all glyphs.



Mystic

∆Voidbringer Lv3
Increase pet stats exponentially (idk how much that is, but its more than lv2)
Gains effect: Void: Every 10 seconds, Voidbringer taunts all targets within 20 meters for 10 seconds.
Summoning pet gives the effect of Energy Leech to caster.
Energy leach effect increased to 30% critical rate, 400% magic attack, and 200% defense.
Voidbringer lasts 30 seconds.

Mystical Eye: no longer lists invisible targets, increase detection level by 31

ΣLucky Break
Gains: Affect allies within 15 meters.

Listless Blossom upgraded to ΣListless Blossom
Gains: After casting lysing, stuns surrounding enemies for 5 seconds. (You still keep sleep)

Storm Mistress, Salvation, Devil Chihyu
● upgrades to Φ
○ upgrades to Ω
Gains: Upon summoning, Activates the effect of Energy leech to allies within 15 meters for 20 seconds.
Pet duration increased to 50 seconds.

○Cragglord
● upgrades to Φ
○ upgrades to Ω
Gains: Pet duration increased to 50 seconds.

ΨFalling Petals
Increase duration to 5 minutes, 35% chance to restore 280 mana in 6 seconds.
Gold: Cooldown adjusted to 90/80/70/60s, does not restore HP, target gain in defense stats equal to 80% of equipment stats. Lasts 6 seconds.
Green: Restores HP equal to 40/45/50/55% of base magic attack.
Blue: Cooldown adjusted to 60/50/40/30s, casting will affect players within 10 meters.
Red: Restores 10/15/20/25 chi
Silver: Cooldown adjusted to 90/80/70/60s, no longer restores HP. Casting affects allies within 10 meters, increase movement speed by 100%. Lasts 10 seconds.


Psychic
∆Psionic Infusion Lv3
Increase your soul force by 10%, also adds the value of your soul force to your magic attack.

Black Voodoo, can be cast while CC'ed:
Sage: Increase attack level by 69, decrease defense level by 33.
Demon: Increase attack level by 66, decrease defense level by 30.

White Voodoo, can be cast while CC'ed:
Sage: Increase defense level by 104, decrease attack levels by 99.
Demon: Increase defense level by 99, decrease attack levels by 99.

ΨTide Spirit
Increase magic attack by 100% and crit rate by 20% for 15 seconds, increase channeling speed by 9 seconds.
Gold Glyph: cooldown decreased to 55/50/34/40s
Green: Restores 50/100/150/200 chi
Blue: Channeling buff duration increased to 10/11/12/13 seconds
Red: Increase magic attack by 120/130/140/150%
Silver Glyph: Increase critical rate by 25/30/35/40%

ΨSandbust Blast
Green glyph reduce earth resistance by 40/50/60/70%

ΨRed Tide:
Blue Glyph: Deals 180/270/360/450% of weapon damage as water damage

ΨEarth Vector
Adds 200% of weapon damage to all glyphs

ΨAqua Impact
Gold Glyph: Adds 40/60/80/100% of weapons damage

Empowered Vigor
Base: Immediately refreshes HP charm tick, can only be used on self, 90s cooldown.
Sage: Instant cast, can only be used on self, 85s cooldown.
Demon: Instant cast, can only be used on self. Restores 10 chi, 90s cooldown.

Diminished Vigor
Base: Instantly places target's HP charm in cooldown. Can only be used on enemies. 90s cooldown
Sage: Instant cast, 85s cooldown
Demon: Instant cast, can only be used on enemies, target loses 10 chi, 90s cooldown.


Seeker
∆Avatar of the Blade Lv3
Adds: Evade all negative effects, lasts 20 seconds.

New Skill:
Combines Bladed Ferver, Krav Maga, Saber Rattle
Gives weapon 1% crit rate, 3 attack levels, 5 defense levels. Lasts 30 minutes.

Voidstep
Gains: If the target dies within 20 seconds, refresh cooldown

ΨIon Spike
Blue Glyph: No longer decreases metal resistance, decrease target's physical defenses by 40/50/60/70%. Lasts 10 seconds.

ΨBloodthirsty Blitz
Gains: Deals 50% more physical damage to non-player targets while forcing aggro for 5 seconds.
Affects all glyphs

ΨBlade Affinity
Gains: Increase accuracy by 300% for 11 seconds.
Affects all glyphs

ΨYataghan Vortex
Deals physical damage to all enemies within a 14m radius, has 15% chance to stun enemies for 1s
Gold: Deals metal damage, adding an additional 60/90/120/120% weapon damage**
Green: Every stage (1.5s), gain 5/10/15/20 chi
Blue: Can move while casting, while casting gain immunity to all negative effects, lasts 20 seconds. Cooldown increased to 180/150/120/90s
Red: Increase the chance to stun to 20/25/30/35%
Silver: Can not miss, also adding 40/60/80/100% of weapon damage.

**the original text says 120/120, but it's probably a typo, most likely to be 150 for the lv10 glyph

SB
∆Dark Maelstrom Lv3
In addition to the effects of Lv2, Increase Physical & Magical Defense reduction to 100% for enemy players, or by 60% for non-player enemies.
New Effect: Every 3 seconds, pull players to the center of the Malestrom

ΨReaper
Cooldown reduced to 85 seconds, duration increased to 32 seconds.
Gold: Lose speed & defense bonuses, increase all damage dealt by 5/10/15/20%
Green: Remove defense bonuses, movement speed increased to 35/40/45/50%
Blue: Remove speed bonuses, increase physical defenses by 320/330/340/350%
Red: New Effect: The next attack 3/4/5/6 seconds will crit.
Silver: Lose damage reduction & attack speed buff, skills deals an additional 15/20/25/30% damage to mobs.**
** That's what the text said, but it's obviously a typo, they meant removal of PDef/Movement speed, I'm unsure of the correct damage %.

Electrostatic Discharge
Damage increased to 25% per meter

"Churning Storm" (New Skill, I made up that name)
Combines Avatar of the Storm and Churning Vortext
Can upgrade into Sage/Demon versions. (Doesn't mention stat)
Base: Cooldown 60s, create a vortext next to the target, every 3 seconds, deal 450% weapons damage & 5782 as metal damage to all enemies within 15 meters; pulling all enemies within 12 meters to the center of the vortex. Lasts 12 seconds; does not gain charge.

Searing Moonlight
Remove slow effect on target; new effect: can move while casting.

Thundersnow
New Effect: At 5 charges, freeze enemy for 3 seconds.

Tech
∆Fata Morgana Lv3
Same as Lv2, now removes all debuffs every 3 seconds.

ΨBurning Flutter
Silver Glyph
Charge cooldown increased to 30 seconds, all other effects unchanged.

ΨGilded Blaze
Silver Glyph
Charge cooldown increased to 40 seconds, scaling down to 36/34/32/30 seconds.

ΨDeadly Flow & ΨDeadly Expel
Red Glyph: Gains new effect: Has chance to trigger God of Frenzy**
**I'm unsure if this stacks with weapon GoF, so it might only stack with other debuffs.

Morphing Rainbow
Increase range immediately by 10m, inrease damage immediately by 100%.
Duration creased to 10s

ΨTide of Flame
All glyphs can trigger weapon effect God of Frenzy.
Gold: Also deals an additional 40/60/80/100% of weapons damage
Green: Under the effects of Life Strangler, deals an addtional 40/60/80/100% of weapons damage & rage damage.
Blue: Restores 35/40/45/50 chi
Red: Reduce target's fire resistance by 65/70/75/80%. Lasts 15 seconds
Silver: Charges twice, each attack dealing an additional 32/48/64/80% damage. Charge cooldown: 5s.

    Nah more like a year or so after they get them as of right now these were just teased in a slide show presentation of some sort before China’s annual pvp tournament (pwi is giant over there), why there’s no timing information on some skills etc.

    Most likely China will receive this update in a couple of months and then we’ll be stuck waiting.

    -Psionic Infusion+ grants +5k Soulfource and removes the Soulforce Penalty
    Actually pretty nice. Now you dont have to worry about turning off your Soulforce buffs while going balls deep for damage
    -Stronger Black/White Voodoo
    Good. Its kinda needed with how easy Defense Level buffs/bonuses are to access these days against other players. A notable improvement against such foes while being a raw damage increase in general.
    -Tide Spirit is glyph-able
    Gods, yes. I'm curious as to how this will pan out with other effects, but it would mean Sage can potentially access the Crit Boost effect of Demon's Tide Spirit (or Demon's getting the Sage's increased duration depending on glyph levels). Really looking forward to that.
    -Sandburst Blast Earth reduction increased
    Much needed change. The current reductions were really low.
    -General damage increase for other skills
    Good.
    -Empowered/Diminish Vigor
    Now this is interesting. For starters the instant cast is amazing so that's cool. Now, then:
    Empower Vigor being able to instantly force a charm tick is huge when you (or an ally) is under heavy fire, especially if it still keeps the effect of reducing charm cooldown to 6 seconds on top of that. You could definitely pull a good save someone here and there with what's effectively a double charm tick.
    Diminished Vigor on the other hand, can be a death sentence for a target if well timed since it equates to a 10s charm tick followed by an extra forced cooldown of 14 extra seconds tacked on (if the duration effect remains for Sage).

    These are some really good changes overall. Shame we'll probably be waiting for a year or more for it to come.

    If I had to guess, they'd probably balance it by making the receiver unaffected by Empowered/Diminished Vigor more than once while the effect is on them. If not, well, you'll definitely be seeing Psychic charm abuse groups around~ It'll be even more aids than assassins disabling headgear I imagine

    Ok idk why I kept doing the translations on the actual screencaps... why did no one tell me to switch to text...

    anyways, added for Sin/Psy/Archer/Cleric. I'm still trying to find out about what exactly Toxic Torrents new effect on headgear.

    Is there any image that shows actual numbers for the edgerunner update , like the BM for example ?

    Sure the changes were almost zero but at least the new glyph for the shield skill and ult would be cool to know more details.

    Also, the class feels already very garbo compared against any other magic or physical DD in the game, and is very far from a tank class, with these changes it will more garbo tbh, sure the buffs are welcome but the others class such as wizard, seeker, blademaster and even barb, received much better buffs and with that a much bigger power gap between then will happen.

    It feels like the class was inteded to do almost everything but it doenst do anything good. China really needs to add more skills to the class, its still the class with less amount of skills to use in the game by far.

    the detailed screencaps are being released slowly from wanmei forums, we're still waiting on the rest. The seeker/mystic ones came out today, I'll translate those later.

    buff psychic they're so weak in casting class right now. it's going to dispear if psychic not buffed.no one will play psy
