Compensate Etherblade server for Nation Wars glitch

I don't know what to tag to get a GM's attention but seriously, please compensate Etherblade server for the glitched Nation Wars, as well as the glitched instances that have been down since the server outage on Sunday.

Sorry ive struggled to get some attention to these issues, Ive had very little understanding from support however if fairness these are not the normal people I speak to.

Ill update the issues thread we have with this info.
