Where are my Cousin's first time buyer reawards?

hey. me and my cousin have both brought at least 50 gold with cash on our tideswell servers. but i always get the rewards and he dosent. yes he has spent at least one gold and has room in his mailbox but its been nearly 48 hours sinc ehe's reach tier 2 and still hasnt gotten anything. is it still available? or is their something else going on.

    try this when on the home icon click on the column on the left hand side scroll down to the new buyers other wise you may need to log into pwi's website will update this after i have gone to look at it

    ok when you click on explore & scroll down to new buyer rewards you will be sent to thier website to see what it has you also will need to log in to the site hope this helps you

    hello there. I bought my gold as a first time buying from the website following these exact steps and also haven't received my rewards. And also, yes my mailbox is empty and it's been over 48 hours too...
