character losing speed once level 100 reborn 2

my name is susan my characters name is xxSnowAngelxx she is reawakened twice and just leveled to 100 again,her speed went down to 4.9m/s and i dont understand why,i have a archer level 74 and her speed is 10.9m/s and another cleric level 76 and her speed is 10.1.So why did my high level cleric lose all her speed? please help. thank you

because once a char gets to lvl 100 they lose the speed boost.
