PWI Bug "Under the Sea" quest

When I'm trying to complete the quest in the primal world called Under the Sea, I talk to npc and it puts me on the fish and while I ride the fish my screen freezes. It is not the computer issue I tried to do it on my laptop and desktop. The fish always stuck. I hope anyone has the same issue.
