Cross Server Nation War Bug

I been trying to do XNW but i can't because in the moment i enter in xnw my toon start to fall indeterminately. I tried to use TP, TP stones, nothing work. Already posted a lot of tickets and GM doesn't solve anything, is impossible for me try to do a XNW, i thinks is incredible how a toon created in 2011 is not getting help.

Anyone is getting the same problem?
Did you solve the problem and how?

Please i need desperate help, i been trying to solve this for so long.
