Daily Jolly Quest Bugged

I recently found out on one of my toons I am not able to receive any more quests from Jolly event if I got the bounty order in my inventory. Daily quest is still available, but showed no quests after that, so i have no problems receiving bounty orders and i have a lot of them. My toon is lvl62 tho. It seems only happened on that toon for some strange reason. Can anyone lighten me up the cause of this? Can this even be solved? Also, checked all my current quests, none of them is Jolly's quest or related. Please help.

Do you have any other characters on your account in the same level 61-70 range that you do the quests on? If I remember correctly you can only do the bounty order quests 7 times per day per account in each level range. Other than that I couldn't see anything that would prevent you from getting the bounty order quests if you're able to get the first quest.

No, all the others are lower level than that toon. I can't figure it out either. Looks like I have to give up on that toon. Thank you anyway.

Yeah I just checked on a level 69 mystic I had and I was able to get the quests without any issues, so I'm not sure what's happening here. You can try sending a support ticket to see if they're able to find any issues with that character, but they may redirect you back to the forums as well.
