how to refine tome to +9+10 etc Dimension Secret Chapter only go to Lv 8 , wiki and youtube dont say anything about it

    Azure Ocean Chapter from treasure system let's you go +9/10 100%. unless you feel lucky to try without it.

    The way to go about it otherwise is to
    Buy 3/4 of npc bought one( crit rate) and refine each till one gets high enough ,after that transfer refine to main one. That's how i got my +8
