Missing Petaldream reward from charge reward

Anyone else have issue with missing bonus petal dream from charge? Use my charge and suppose to get 189 petaldream as a bonus, check all char but none receive.

It can take sometime for the system to send out rewards.

Check this page out and see what it says about claimed rewards, I think but dont quote me it should show your toon it was sent to on the "View RP Redemption History"

If you still have no luck after about 24 hours contact support as this issue may not just be affecting you.
