Accessing old account

I'm trying to get onto a old account but don't remember the password and the email used no longer exists. I know the email and the names/class of a couple of the toons but thats it. Anyway to recover the account?

    Not sure if this right posting area.The whole dragon born charity bundle seemed like a great deal and support for those in need.In theory.Might just be my opinion,but I don't believe so.Already used up 3 days total time and effort trying to get a clear answer from in game players in never winter ps4,google,YouTube etc.Its crazy to think I still have yet to redeem key after error message my psn is already linked to an arc account.Returning player after 3yrs,I wouldn't remember any of that info,don't remember ever linking.so 3 confused support tickets sent later with no response,leaves me with doubts about continuing playing this game.why is this process so difficult?How would I go about unlinking psn from arc to relink and do I lose anything by doing so?Ty for your time.have a nice day.

    The dragon born charity bundle is something from the Neverwinter game. Have you tried that forum?
    Sorry but the dragon born charity bundle doesn't exist in PWI so we might be inexperienced with other games.
