Solution to Multicienting and server Lag

This is a well know problem that some ppl have 100 accounts and thus we have laggs. Some make alternative accounts so that they can play with they'r toons at the same time.
My suggestion is for the love of god update this old mechanics and solve all problems with 1 tweak:
MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO LOG MULTIPLE TOONS (or limited amount of toons) FROM SAME ACC

That will reduce the need to make accounts that usually rot in the database for years and reduce server lag as many alternative toons are logged and left alone for days just because its annoying to have to restart arc for each toon. By the rules of ToS old players have the right to have 4 accounts if they were created before the "new" multicienting policy. Also it will be much simpler for new players and old alike.
This tweak would be benefitial to the game and playerbase alike. And if china says its impossible i can mail you scripts how it is done in other games.

P.S. for the love of god reduce the ammount of stashable stuff, that encourages ppl to have 1 accoutn for every toon they play instead of 1 account for 8 toons like it used to be and like it should be. If not for the playerbase the do it for your own servers as this large server data management and storing is costly.
