Why am I getting a strange Error when I hit play

I get that Error poped up. And when I click on Accept it closes the game.

Any idea of what it could be? And how could I solve it?

Btw: I'm not going to Verify it since it took 24hs to Verify and it goes REALLY SLOW. (not even half way yet)

Planning to Re-Install it. What do u guys think?

Check ram, Assign paging memory and finally resolve to use this solution if nothing else worked so far.

That's graphics related,

Please make sure your direct x and drivers for your card ate up to date.
