Fortunes Bounty Quest

Guys how do i received this quest? Fortune bounty quest that give hp and mp charm my toon is lv 46. Please reply if anyone know

    The quest should automatically appear and complete on its own at the start of each day so make sure you've got enough room in your quest log and 2 inventory slots. There is a level requirement for each set of hp/mp charms as well.
    • Level 1-30
    • Level 31-50
    • Level 51-60
    • Level 61-70
    • Level 71-80

    If your character has reawakened, then you won't be able to get the quests.

    If you still can't get the quest, you can try getting it from Harbinger of Fortune Woyn - I think he can still technically give the quests. I think he can be found in most major cities including Archosaur.
