can't launch game

in Support Desk
on the launcher, i'm able to put in my account name, my password, but can't launch. When I hover over the launch button, it lights up, but nothing happens when I click launch, only the exit button will work when i hover over it

    It doesn't work if you also have another window (for the 64 bit version). Just move the current window until you see this window and then start PWI. Yeah, sometimes solutions like this are invented to let us spend more time on PWI. :D
