Resetting bank password took more than 2 weeks

I created a ticket and requested to reset and remove bank passcode and inventory passcode for all my account including TOXEER my R9 seeker on tideswell server, the support said it would take 3 days but it didn't, than I contacted after 1 week and they said it will reset soon, than after 2 week again and they said its done and should be reseted, I logged in the bank safe is still closed on all my characters, I did not play for some years, but now I want to play again, because of this I cannot purchase any items or even check what I need or already have, I am very frustrated, I am playing on an alt waiting for my main account.
I started to think that it will never reset.
I just need to know is to keep waiting or give up on this, if anyone have the power to help me please do!.

This is well past my powers of being able to help you.

This is something only support are able to deal with, I would keep trying and if its not working keep reporting back to them that this is not working.

May also be worth double checking you have the right account and are getting the right password reset. Safe-Gear lock / Auction house etc. Also list the account and Characters effected.

Thank you I will make a new ticket, and include detailed names and exactly what I need reset.
UPDATE:
After few minutes of creating the new ticket the game kicked me with : You are booted.
I think they are doing it for me now, I hope, too scared to interrupt their work wont login until half hour pass, maybe they are still working on it.
We will see.
