First Awakening

Hi guys can anyone help with First Reawakening i have the ( Stone of Love : Restoration ) but after doing what i had to do i got a a particular NPC and then i could`nt go any further so now i`m lost as to what i`m supposed to do
any help thx

    To reawaken, talk to the Master of Cycles in south archosaur or north archosaur and select the "Reawakening" option (it's just a normal option, not under Quest Related). A window will appear with a list of requirements you must meet before you reawaken, and if you've met those requirements, go ahead and click the Reawaken button.
