Post-ARC Login Problem

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am experiencing difficulties logging in after the most recent content update.

ARC is fine. However, I had to verify the game files a couple of times to even have a blue "Play" button. After that, I get the following error:

Does anyone have any solutions or strategies on how to fix this?

I apologize if this has been previously answered.

    Usually that's a graphics-related issue. Try updating your graphics card drivers and see if that helps. Some other things you can try is resetting the graphics settings in the patcher or adjusting them in general. According to this thread it could also be your antivirus software (or maybe firewall) messing with PWI somehow. Not sure if there's anything else you could possibly try since you've already verified your files a bunch. Worst case scenario you may need to reinstall the game but that should be a last resort.

    First and foremost, thank you very much obielle for the helps and tips.

    A quick follow up on this point, I tried everything above. In the end, it was a complete uninstall / reinstall. It works now with very few problems.
