Unreported commission shop bug

Hello. There appears to be a problem with people selling Essence of Offense and Essence of Defense. You're allowed to post them in the commission shop to buy or sell, but they do not appear when you actually search for them. Hence, it is impossible to actually buy or sell them in the shop.

Surprisingly, a lot of players don't know this, so they are sitting with large inventories in their commission shops going to waste.

This also happens with g16 gear. It's likely because our version of r9r3, g16 gear, and the EoOs/EoDs are exclusive to PWI and PWCN tends to forget to add these into certain parts of the game. We'd pretty much need a custom patch to add them in.
