TTR Opening requirements

I tried to open up TTR today, and to my shock they changed the opening requirements to have 10 players in your squad to even start it.
Previously you could just enter with someone in squad as long as you had a key.

This is a major damn problem, not because im a greedy **** that does not want to share mats. But because im the only player on my server that has full G17 armor, and it requires repair powders to repair. Im nearly the only one to farms it, and I need to farm it on occasion to stock back up on repair powders.

Im unable to do that now, and once my repair powders are gone, I have to scrape 9 other people up to go on a run just to be able to repair my gear.

    no,
    The reason I learned to solo the instance was due to the fact that nobody runs TTR.

    I recently quit my ttr farming and trashed 13k repair powders in a shop for 1k coins each. xDD What server are you on that they are hard to get..
