Haven't seen identity stones on sale since ages. It has been over a year even I believe.
I strongly believe I'm not the only one hoping for them to come on sale in the near future, as I've seen plenty of people in world chat looking for them, so it might be even worth it for PWI to put them on sale sometime in the future.
