About gem`s / Shard`s

why cant we have all kind of Gem`s / Shard`s in Magic and phys Rings it can be 4 socket same kind of we have in rest of gear , China / PWI dont need to do it in a complicated way , just make it easy we can use same kind of Gem`s / Shard`s we have in most of our gear ., just make it possible we can add socket to all our rings from Lv 1 rings to top rings with normal socket stone, no matter if it is rank gear or not , no limit., what ever a gem /shard a player chose .
