The post (above) says that the Neuma Portal Raffle ended January 1st, and that raffle winners would be announced here https://twitter.com/aroundthearcpwe?lang=en

The last post on twitter was December 20th, and the raffle ended 4 days ago.

    They tend to be delayed on raffle rewards from what I remember. We haven't really had any communication from PWI staff lately so it could be a while before we see anything.

    Like 4 ppl on my server (that I know of) won it and at least also one on another server, but I dont know where announcement is....
