Weekly boss Changeling Commander Haspon Missing on Tideswell!!!

Title says it all,didnt spawn yesterday after maintenence nor today at all.
Im not sure if its only Tideswell only or other servers too?!
It should be reported and fixed,we cant complete our weekly quests!!.

It will be to do with the maintenance from Thursday.
The servers don't like it when it's maint day is changed so things will not work or stop running IE snowman. They have to manually be restarted.
As for RW and harspon it will sadly have to wait till the system catches up.
