What happened with the resource war? It was supposed to be today and nothing... Is it because of the maintenance?

    Yeah, maintenance tends to mess with Resource Wars if it happens on a Wednesday because the server is reset. It forgets anything it knew about Resource Wars before the maintenance. As a result some servers might get 2 of them in a week while others might get none, like in your server's case.
