Unable to collect Arena titles from treasure box.

I anyone else having an issue collecting the arigora coins and titles form the chest?
I was able to collect my 20 wins title and coins a few weeks ago.
This week i hit the 50 wins but the reward stays greyed out.

Is this happening to everyone?
