Homestead leveling problem

My homestead is stuck on level 18
Sometimes the up button is flashing and sometimes it's not
My character is level 101 on second reawakening and Mirage sky V
Cultivation is Aware of the Void and homestead experience is at 109524
So I can't see where the problem is can anyone help me please ?

It looks like you need to be Mirage Sky 6 to level up your homestead. If you hover over the Up button it will tell you the requirements you need to level it.

There's also this spreadsheet that has a ton of data including requirements for leveling the homestead. The sky levels are done in numbers though, so 1 is Arcane Sky 1 and 11 is Mirage Sky 1 for example.
