I can't find any news regarding this event. The NPC was gone yesterday so couldnt redeem my 9 shards for the packs. I waited a day as I thought it might have been a bug and it would come back with maint but it hasnt.
Was it supposed to vanish on tuesday?

I guess it was supposed, but thye didnt informed us.

Anf I got an answer on a ticket, so let's hope they trigger the npcs again, or put the rewards on other npc.0
