Spend Promo - redemption failure

Trying to spend points on Nebula or Astrobana Orbs ends in failure. Been like this the whole day. Anybody experiencing similar issues?

    Check your mail box is not full.

    After a point nothing will send.

    Sorry I got nothing after that.

    You can try to log out of eveything i guess. But really that should not make any odds.

    Last resort will be to log a ticket with support. If others where having this issues I would put it down to a system problem.

    Hehe, support ticket was the first thing I tried, but I don't think they work weekend... Thanks for trying to help anyways.

    Have had it happen before. Usually waiting a few hours fixes it if logging out of paid webpage doesn’t

    I have same,only for me been since friday, cant redeem it, ticket them n they said to try other browser and clear my internet caches, did it all, didn't work, still cant redeem.

    Ask them to manually send the items in your mail and deduct the points or wait until the redeem period is over and tell them you weren’t able then. Either way they will usually mail it but it takes a few days.
