Newsletter settings - missed out on promo codes.

I got an email today with a 30% bonus gold promo code on my alt account, but none on my main account. As far as I can tell the only setting related to receiving promotional e-mails is in Settings -> Language Preferences . There's a box with "Allow us to send occasional newsletters and updates to your registered email address. " next to it. It's ticked on both accounts. What gives?

    I had the same issue on my main account a long time ago and it eventually fixed itself. When I sent in a ticket they recommended that I whitelist the email address that arc uses to be sure they were coming through but I didn't get much more advice than that. Perhaps you can send in a ticket saying that you didn't receive the promo code and request it there? I'm not sure if they can send it to you again via ticket but that's all I can really think of.

    They used to send emails ina targeted fashion. I.e. if you hadn’t charged in xxx months. Logged on xxx amount of time log back to. Charge etc.
