*MISSING* Gold Charged During Rollback Period

All gold charged onto accounts between 4PM PT and server maintenance are not credited after the rollback.

What is the proper way to obtain credit for the gold towards the account or even a cash refund without having my account flagged?
(side note: What about Star VIP points and Star levels??)

I ask because:
1. PWE has always rejected any refund requests from me through their ticketing system.
2. PWE bans accounts that charge back from their financial institution

To any GM or CM: Please do not close this thread. Instead, reword my post to fit forum guidelines if any part of it is "inappropriate". I guarantee that many people need to know this.

Please contact support for this issue.

They are the only ones who can deal with this query.

The post does not break any rules but I will still be closing it as this can not be given any other way of dealing or be dealt with on the forums. The only way to get this looked into is support.
