August Spend Shop Promo Issue

We are aware of an issue with the current Spend Shop promo and have turned it off, officially at 12:10 AM PT. We plan to roll back all servers to 3 PM PT of August 15th, 2018. issues caused by the rollback will be handled accordingly.
