Game is freezing after 1 - ~100 minutes

I have lenovo y50-70 with license windows 8.1, I had played perfect world for about 1,5 years on that laptop and nothing happened. It have started after I changed my HDD to SSD in 06.2018.
So my problem is whenever I'm playing eventually the game is starting to loop from first to second frame like in a movie: 1 sec = 60 frames, loop 40-41 (for example). Game is not crushing, like it works fine from the task manager panel. I don't know what to do. It happens even on 1.4.6 client. So the problem not in a client version. I've tried every settings in the game. I've changed my nvidia driver from ~2018 to ~2017 version. So I don't know what to do...
My specs: Intel HD graphics 4600, NVIDIA geforce GTX 860m
samsung ssd 860 evo 250 gb
i7-4710HQ, 2.5 Ghz
Every driver from lenovo support site for my laptop, except the one for GTX 860m.
