Suggestion / Dirty Fix for advertising Bots

Hey Guys,

many of you probably already noticed the Bots, that advertise Coin selling sites (Which are most likely a scam, dont even try using them, your money will be gone) in world chat...
In my opinion pwi should just set the LVL to use Tele's to 50 so they wouldn't be able to WC anything so shortly after being banned. Training to lvl 5 doesnt take 5 minutes but training to lvl 50 takes a good day or two which would increase the effort for the botters alot...

Otherwise I'd just block the string for those and set the pool of words for PWI Chat to only A-Z, 1-9 and normal special signs so nobody would be able to bypass the filter to block any string...

    Since I've seen bots at level 66 (and higher) that wouldn't work.

    I've suggested PWE a few years ago to use a filter but only got an answer that the blacklist could be used. Yeah, lamebrain answer but we can't do more if PWE allows the bots (like they do for many years).

    Auto culty well.... It should have locked / blocked drops. Would be fine for doing quests but not overnight for coin. This was said from the start and would have protected the situation.

    As for the spam a few suggestions went in for this a while ago. It may take months to see any of them if ever at all.

    Expanding on that most where for a filter that checked for words and repeated wc / mail sends. They seam to go between both methods.

    At that point it's all o know and cam say.

    Heero can you please poke the admins crew about turning back on system message to warn user not to falling bot scams.

    I can if it's still an issue. I was aware the team has something in place.

    I dont like to contact unless it's urgent as it takes time from other things.

    It's still being spammed, no idea if people fall for it or not though.
