is anyone else having a timing issuse with spirit of defence/attack buff pills in nation wars

i was in nation wars today an my spirit of defence/attack buff pills wore off after 40 mins which is a pain as it means as a solo player i had to use 3 of them to keep the buffs up and running for nation wars instead of the normal 2 that it should take for 2 hours of Nation war's, i started the buff timer just as the overseer appeared in north archo
