Continous Server Disconnects for XNW - Compensation?

It's been so many crashes the recent days, now the server came back up into XNW nearly an hour late, giving us barely any chance to get enough points to even receive tokens...
In addition to that, x2 drop turned off for our server... http://prntscr.com/jtcwon - Only x2 exp, rip fee from lunar.

Is there a way to get compansation for that? I lost lunar runs with 2x EoD, lost the chance on getting XNW tokens for the second time...
It's just taking the fun away seriously...
