Hi, I am unable to submit a faction logo. I meet all of the requirements. Someone help please...

    If you have just recently gotten leadership or recently lvled faction to 3 you may have to wait a couple days before the website give you the option to submit.

    Doesn't help. I've been a leader of this faction for as long as I can remember...

    Log a ticket with Support.

    I believe they can still submit faction icon updates.
