Repair the Pillar - South

Currently, stuck on repair the pillars. Whenever the pop up comes up and I click on it, this part of the culti does not end. It just continues to say repair the pillar. I can't move on to the next part of the cultivation. :(

    You dont have the quest to collect the south shard? Or quest just keep being a pop up orr?
