And here reply:
Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We’re very sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with the Newerfall main quest that has affected your gameplay experience negatively.

Having reviewed the information you supplied, we've come to the conclusion that this may be the result of an unreported gameplay bug. Regretfully, we don't have a resolution for the issue at this time. We are always trying to improve the gameplay experience for all of our games and we appreciate the time you took to notify us of your concern. We would like to resolve the issue as quickly as possible; however, some issues require development time from departments outside of Customer Support and cannot be immediately resolved by a Game Master.

The best way for us to ensure that this is resolved as quickly as possible is for you to directly submit a game bug report with your findings on our official game forum . This ensures that our developer and quality assurance teams receive all of the information they need to properly investigate the cause of a given issue.

Though the QA team will not directly respond to individual bug reports, all submissions are reviewed, and our developers will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have any other inquiries.

This bug has been known since Neverfall was released so I don't know why it hasn't been fixed. I suggest that you try to ask customer support to spawn an FMI bell in your inventory. I'm not sure if they are do that, but it's worth a try.

Otherwise, I can only suggest trashing the quest and picking it up again but making sure you have a lot of space in your bag (3 rows) and quest log (at least 5 slots) because the game can be very finicky with such things.

Customer support in PWI always tries to send players on the forums so keep insisting that this is something people on the forums cannot help you with. It's an extremely important quest because you cannot progress with your character. I mean, if you can't progress with your character there is no point in playing, and you can tell them that.

3 rows is 24 slots in inventory to 1 item?

Yeah, sometimes certain quest rewards or pack rewards require you to have more space in your inventory than is actually needed. I said 3 rows a bit arbitrarily but the most space you have the better. I'm not saying this will make the quest work but it's worth a try.
