Not sure if meant to be, or if this is a bug?

I'm unsure if this is a bug or not.....and please if I am posting in the wrong area, just send me to the right area...thanks.
Anyhow, I already was looking in at the updated policies on this matter etc...I have sat here for more than an hour searching for an answer, when all I want to do in get in game and play.
I am a long time player, I have left to deal with RL and my health issues and returned many times. I tend to get to missing PWI. I am just returning now after nearly 2 yrs of being gone after surgery. I knew back before I left for surgery that the multi-client rules had changed. We were allowed two on at any one time...meaning we could have one for cat shopping, while the other we could work on etc...
I have a brand new, out of the box all-in-one PC that I got about a month ago. I decided to come back to PWI. I noticed I have many I want to sell on one of my other accounts...the account I normally use as a cat shop. So, I figured I'd be able to log in as I normally had back 2 yrs ago...but it's not working. Did something else change in this matter to not allow anyone to have 2 accounts on at once?
Here's what happens for me:
I log into my main account, once she is already logged in, I then try to log into my secondary one so I could set up the cat shop....and it auto opens the Arc version again...going right to the log in screen of PWI. But because the Arc is already logged into the one account, it doesn't allow me to do anything. That secondary account I am trying to log into...simply says its logging in and then instead of logging in it tells me it was disconnected. My main account remains logged in.

To open up a second client, you'll have to go into Task Manager and end Arc Update (or whatever it's called) from there to force it to close. Wait a few seconds or so, and then open up Arc again. Once you do it should prompt you to log into a different account and you just start up the client like you normally would. That's the current workaround while they work on multiclienting properly (if they ever get around to it).
