how do i remove payment settings?

it seems that when i one time made a payment and confirmed paypal email etc i can always pay in one click again and again

to safety i want remove this and do the payment only once to the moment im doing it and not future faster

i tried go into profile - my account - manage subscriptions

this send me to some cryptic page and tell me to log in there first but the same link send me back to ARC

i can not remove these auto saved payments i need help and support (is not on this account btw i just need know what to do)
