Starting this as it is needed most likely.
Let's go:
The debuff timer for stun/paralyze effects is 1 second off. It displays every such effect 1 second too long which results in those wearing off at 1 second and not at 0 seconds as any other effect in the game. EDIT: Seems like it's the same for certain immunity and anti-CC effects.
Anything else seems to be working fine tho. Overall nice feature for people without timing-training, might make 1v1 more competitive.

Timing that stuff in your head is easy, it's timing the longer buffs that really needs a timer (such as cleric buffs, hp buff etc)
Yeah, its useful in mass too when you can never be sure which type of stun is actually on you atm. "Oh, Ice Bullet from a storm hit me, easy, just 5 seconds...*waits 5 seconds* uh, guess I triggered SoStunning after all! *waits another 12 seconds*"0 -
Since this seems to be the bug thread...
The camera for character creation is not set properly for some classes when going through different customization options (eyes, hair, colors, etc). For Stormbringers the camera will default at their crotch, and for Barbarians it will default to the right of the character. I don't think other classes are affected. I'm not sure if this applies to makeovers but I assume it would.Roxxannae - Twilight Temple

The buff timer seems to add 5s to almost everything, including debuffs like amp and postive buffs like running speed etc. They also seem to teminate on the 5s mark.
Say I use my red glythed amp on a boss, it shows the timer at 11s (skill is 6) and then goes off the boss once timer hits 5. I love how it's good to use this as a team coordination method, and should help greatly with trials etc and larger instances, but i'm just nit picking here.0 -
Just noticed because someone mentioned in WC today, but you can't make nirvana helms and capes using uncanny crystals anymore - it's just exclusively through the new instance or with lucky coins (or the boutique I guess). So basically if you've got TT99 or Lunar stuff to upgrade you can't seem to do that anymore.
It seems like a bit of a silly move, since it'd be a bit harder for people to get g16/nv3 now. I'm not too sure how easy it'd be for them to farm the new instance.Roxxannae - Twilight Temple

arc news post claimed that the new instance can drop lvl 4 glyphs - but the wiki entry says its lvl 1 glyphs. what is right?0

The boss drops level 1 glyphs sadly and not level 4 glyphs. A friend of mine went through the instance and confirmed it. You can also see it in the video here:
