When can I login into the game via email?

I always login using my mail so the answer would be: now

With old accounts, you can either log in with your ID and password or your email and password.
With new accounts, you can only log in via email and password.
If you made an account with facebook I have no idea how that works. Always seemed like a silly idea to me​​

Then close the client, wait a bit and start the client again. If this doesn't work just close the client and arc. Start arc again and you're in. There is also a force log but for that you need a bit more time (like 20 minutes) before you start the client.
