Ability to redeem Arc codes per server.

I tried looking, and saw nothing on this, so thought I would suggest it.

I think Arc codes should be redeemable 1 per server instead of 1 per account. I see no harm in this, since you can't really spam one server this way, and this way, those who play on multiple servers don't have to favor one server over the other.
