Paperclip quest glitched?

Doing the Paperclip for Villa quest, and I got World History Vol.36 which says "Feong Yong from Evernight Ruins might be interested in it." I am at the npc by that name in Evernight Ruins, but she has no quest available. I couldn't find another npc in the area, and I don't see another post about this after a search in the forums. Is this part of the quest bugged and I wasted my time?

Vol. 36 is at Forgotten Sanctuary if I remember right.

To make it all easy, press Q -> find quest -> vol 36 -> autopath to NPC

The item has a text error in it, the correct NPC is Gold Hunter Elena located at 471 267. I'm not sure if other volumes have the wrong NPC/location on the description but as @shopcheese said you can find each NPC in your quest log easily.

This is similar to the Souldevourer quest from the Celestial Immortal, Once I completed the quest I auto-pathed to Fearen, however, him nor any other npcs are in the Loft. Did you correct this glitch?

From what I remember they are at Skyline Loft, which is what the quest says. Skyline Loft's in the air. I'm not really sure what you mean by glitch but I also just woke up so I may have misread something.

Thank you for the help! Going to available quest list and autopathing brought me to the correct npc.
