homestead glitch

i am posting here because i wanna know if anyone else has had a problem with their homestead. example cant find the sky castle skin. tried to purchase it twice and got the same result no skin only the 4 orginal ones. also i cannot enter my house in my hs because it glitches and sends me onto the roof. sometimes you are lucky and can get in other times not so much.
