Homestead Quest NPC location

I believe this is an item that needs to be revised, as less people are playing the game it is getting more dificult to find the locations of the npc. Please include a hint on the location of the stationary NPC, the traveling NPC even thou is a bit dificult to find at least gives the 3 general locations where to look for them.

**By the way, yes i use some of the sites were other players post the NPC locations, but lately even those are lacking the updated information on a day to day basis**
