Logging into game... Please wait

Greetings,

I'm so angry. I've literally sat on a loading page for 13 hours 17 minutes 14 seconds for it to tell me Logging in... Please Wait. I cannot log into the game, but I can log into the Arc Client and website just fine.

Why do I have to go through this consistent cycle of nothingness. I've redownloaded the game for it to throw me on a loading page for 19 hours 44 minutes 37 seconds. Why?

Why can't I access my account?

One pissed off customer who is about to chargeback $7K to his bank account because of the insignificant people who cannot do their jobs.

    NEWS FLASH:

    Breaking News: I can't log into any one of my 7 accounts.

    I can log into the website and clients just fine, why can't I log into these 7 accounts? Same issue, loads forever.

    Nope, I've literally copied and pasted the password. It works on the website and client but I cannot log into the game. WTF is going on????????????????????????????

    You have to launch the client using Arc. If you launch the client using steam or a shortcut for elementclient it sits at please wait if you try to log in.

    Launch the client using steam? I've literally downloaded the latest Arc Update and logged into it. I just cannot log into any one of my seven accounts.

    I've tried since the time of this post to log into all 4 of my computers and I still get the "You've been disconnected" error message and to "Try again" I'm sick of trying. I know all my logins work by copying and pasting them into the website. Why don't they work when I log into the game.

    @Perfect World Entertainment I'm about to chargeback everything I've ever bought from you, which hopefully crashes your bank account to where you don't have one anymore. I'm so angry, mad, frustrated at this company that they will NEVER do a single thing about me getting back into any of my accounts. WTF Perfect World Entertainment, I wish I was the lawsuit that took you guys out of business. You guys suck.

    It's not just you, I am sitting on the login screen, with the "Logging in to the game, please wait", then getting "Disconnected from server, please log in again". I am logging in through ARC.

    1.- u got a problem if u can w8 19h to log into a game. Thats not normal.
    2.- calm down, u look like an adict that dont have his drugs anymore.
    3.- have u tried live chat support?
    4.- have u tried to send a ticket?

    Don't know what time zone you all are in, there is an all server shut down for maint going on atm. Check out the info, under discussions.

    I haven't played this game in years. And I was already logged in first, which made me think something else was going on because I was logged into the game perfectly and went to restart his computer.

    No I'm not an addict. I just haven't played in 5 years. Does that make me one?

    I cannot log more tnhan one char ....is it a new rule? I ever played with two char....anyone know whats happen?

    You have to close Arc through Task Manager and then open it again to be able to log into a second character. They haven't made it possible to multiclient through Arc yet.

    I am still not able to get into PW. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It will allow me to log in once, then not again. Do I have to do that every time I want to log on?
