Twilight Survivor - Tsuchun's Treasure Bug

Treasure box north of Etherblade, coordinates 422 919, still doesn't work. This box does not show up at all and hasn't in each of the previous events. This is the only location I've found where the treasure box just does not spawn/show. Not sure if it's in the terrain somewhere or just a generic bug.
