What is up with these 30 min - 1 hour dcs

yo if i get a random dc it takes me over half an hour to 1 hour of waiting to log back in, else stuck on logging in game
not multiclienting, trying to restart and log arc + game nothing works
what to do ? ty​​

    Having same problem eating up my battle potions been in vod for 2 hrs been dced 4 times geting old
