Why can't I get the Little Foot quest?

I have tried talking to G. Summers and Little Foot and nothing. I as told I should an item but I don't so what should I do to fix this?

Did you do the quest when Nemesis Gauntlet was around for anniversary? Also, does Littlefoot have any greyed-out quests?
